
| Krysten Medina is a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She has been leading group and private yoga classes for over 5 years.
Her primary motivation as a teacher is to give her students an awareness of breath, confidence and balance that yoga can bring into their lives. Her biggest goal lies in helping others discover how they can heal. Firmly believing that yoga is a great tool for everyone to create a healthy relationship with their body, learn how to deal with stress and improve the longevity and quality of their lives. She teaches a variety of styles and levels all with focus on breath, alignment and mindfulness of each student’s experience. Her traditional training, knowledge of modern techniques and passion for helping others creates a safe space for everyone who enters her class. |
